Created in 1969, IDIT, a unique organization in France, specializes in studies in transport law, logistics and mobility, within a national and international framework. Its expertise covers all modes of transport, insurance, logistics, passenger transport, urban mobility. Its spectrum of intervention covers transport and logistics law, international law, but also insurance law, commercial law, customs law, the law of new technologies or environmental law. IDIT is involved in collaborative research projects or the development of innovative solutions. IDIT’s work focuses on contracts and the responsibility of supply chain actors. But the IDIT also brings an expert vision on the regulatory competitiveness (sectors), the legal feasibility of deploying solutions or “disruptive” uses, or even the impacts related to new technological solutions such as connected autonomous vehicles or the blockchain technology.
