Lingyu Zhang

Lingyu Zhang is an Early Stage Researcher under the research group of AutoBarge, at the chair of Maritime Economics at Hamburg University. As ESR12, she will carry out research on Freight transport model with autonomous inland shipping application and environmental externalities. Her ultimate objectives are analyzing the Multimodal freight network model and measuring the impact of environmental externalities and behavioral interactions on economic performances of autonomous inland shipping.

She accomplished her master’s degree at Tongji University in China, 2021 with a focus on supply chain management. Her passion is to continue her research in the field of Green Shipping, maritime economy and Multimodal transportation network.
